Anora Group Plc ("Anora" or the "Company") has on 26 May 2026 received the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act ("SMA") from Caroline Marie Hagen Kjos. According to the notification, Caroline Marie Hagen Kjos has assumed control of Tvist 1 AS and indirect control of Canica AS, a major shareholder of Anora. As a result, Caroline Marie Hagen Kjos' indirect holdings of Anora's shares and voting rights have exceeded the threshold of 20 per cent on 25 May 2026.

Anora has one series of shares in which each share carries one vote.

Caroline Marie Hagen Kjos owns 100% of Canica Holding AG, which in turn owns 100% of Canica International AG and Tvist 3 AS. In addition, Caroline Marie Hagen Kjos has assumed control of Tvist 1 AS. All the shares and voting rights in Canica AS are held by Tvist 1 AS and Tvist 3 AS.
