Addtech acquires Kemic Vandrens A/S

Addtech

Addtech Process Technology, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 80 % of the shares outstanding in Kemic Vandrens A/S ("Kemic").

Kemic is a leading supplier of water purification plants and solutions. The company offers design and construction of new-builds, mobile waterworks as well as renovation and service agreements, primarily towards Danish industrial customers and water utilities. The company has 20 employees and a turnover of approximately DKK 60 million with headquarters in Give, Denmark.

With its deep expertise and widely based technology offering within water treatment, Kemic will strengthen the value proposition in the Process Systems business unit.

The closing will take place in the beginning of January. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
