Acenta Group AB is fined by Nasdaq Stockholm's Disciplinary Committee corresponding to six annual fees
Acenta Group AB ("Acenta Group" or the "Company") announces that Nasdaq Stockholm's Disciplinary Committee today has decided to impose a fine on the Company corresponding to six (6) annual fees, amounting to SEK 750 000.
The Company has previously received a Notice of Violation from Nasdaq Stockholm regarding violation of Article 17.1 of MAR and thereby section 4.1.1. of the stock exchange's rules, regarding information related to press releases dated April 8, 2025, and July 25, 2025. The matter was then submitted to the exchange's disciplinary committee, which announced its decision today. The Disciplinary Committee has decided to impose a fine on the Company corresponding to six annual fees, amounting to SEK 750 000.
