NYAB received an order worth 409 MSEK from the Swedish Transport Administration

The company announced on Wednesday that it had signed an agreement with the Swedish Transport Administration for the reconstruction and widening of the E4 section between Gumboda and Grimsmark in Västerbotten Country, which is one of NYAB’s key revenue-generating regions. The contract is valued at 409 MSEK (approximately 37 MEUR), with construction set to begin in April 2025 and conclude in October 2027.

When evenly distributed throughout the contractual period), the revenue contribution of the agreement is relatively limited on an annual basis (FY25: +10 MEUR, FY26-27: +14 MEUR) relative to NYAB’s size (FY25 estimate: 487 MEUR, FY26-27: 535-573 MEUR). However, we view the agreement positively as it supports the continued strong growth we expect in the coming years. It also supports the comments given by the company in connection with the Q4 result that the market situation in Sweden remains favorable. However, the order has no immediate impact on our forecasts or view of the company.  Our latest company report on NYAB is available here.

NYAB provides services within engineering, construction and maintenance with a focus on sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy. The offering includes roads, railways, bridges, airports, wind and solar power and power grids. NYAB also provides various types of facilities for industrial customers. NYAB operates in Sweden and Finland in both the private and public sectors.
