Copenhagen Capital is an investment company. The largest share of investments is found in the real estate sector, both through direct and indirect ownership, where the portfolio consists of commercial properties and residential properties. The vision is to drive each investment in the long term to generate shareholder value. The company was founded in 2008 under the name KlimaInvest and is headquartered in Hellerup.

Med baggrund i de netop offentliggjorte H1 2025-resultater afholdt vi i dag en præsentation med direktør Rasmus Greis, efterfulgt af en Q&A-session. Fokus var på resultaterne for første halvår af 2025, markedsforholdene på det københavnske ejendomsmarked samt en opdatering på strategiprocessen, der har som målsætning næsten at fordoble indtjeningen frem mod 2028.
