Tokmanni Group

Tokmanni Oy has signed a licence agreement with SPAR International.

Tokmanni Oy has today entered into an agreement with SPAR International. The license to operate the SPAR brand exclusively in Finland was granted to Tokmanni, an established variety discount retailer which will benefit from the scale and knowhow of SPAR International, particularly in the area of grocery retailing.
An event in Finnish will start at 1:00 pm (EET/EEST). The event will include a presentation by Tokmanni Group&apos;s President and CEO Mika Rautiainen.
An event in English will start at 2:00 pm (EET/EEST), and it will include a presentation by Tokmanni Group&apos;s President and CEO Mika Rautiainen and SPAR International&apos;s CEO Tobias Wasmuht, after which they will be available for questions.
