Acquires US technology company Sounding Board Adds 2.5% to group sales, marginally to 2025e EBITA, positive to 2026e M&amp;A headroom remains significant with net cash of SEK 280 million Acquiring tech platform Sounding Board BTS announced this morning its first acquisition of 2025 of the US based tech company Sounding Board (link). Sounding Board has developed a technology for scalable, high-impact coaching solutions driving transformational leadership development, and we estimate that most sales are coming from North American customers. The addition of Sounding Board’s coach network will create a combined BTS network of 700 credentialed coaches with global reach. The acquisition is expected to have a slightly positive impact on EBITA in 2025 and a positive impact on both earnings and margins in 2026.
