Aiforia Technologies equips pathologists and researchers in preclinical and clinical laboratories with software to translate images into discoveries, decisions and diagnoses. The company's products and services are used for medical image analysis, across a variety of fields such as oncology and neuroscience. Aiforia Technologies is headquartered in Finland.

This also restricts issues in January. Will that ownership list be updated before trading begins with these new shares on the 15th, or will it only be visible at the beginning of January, as is usually the case to see where the shares have settled?

Someone said it would have been better to wait until January with the offering, perhaps for the sake of the share price, but has anyone ever arranged an offering in January, such that the management might know the financial statement figures, but they are not yet public to investors? The subscriber could demand their money back, along the lines of, management withheld information about poor results. Now management can always say, we thought we would still get big orders in the last two weeks..if Aiforia’s financial statement figures turn out to be chilling..

It seems the offering didn’t sell very well, as Tenkanen ended up with more shares than his original commitment:  TJT Technologies Oy, a company controlled by Tuomas Tenkanen, a member of Aiforia’s Board of Directors, has given its irrevocable commitment to subscribe for Shares for at least 500,000 euros in the Share Offering, conditional on certain terms. This probably does meet the characteristics of a crisis company, when a directed share issue is discussed. Otherwise, next year they would have to shut down. A larger public share issue, on the other hand, is often a fairly sure way to crash the stock price (e.g., Exel composities). Or perhaps one might have even hoped for it now as a potential new owner, because through warrants, one often gets shares cheaply then. The larger the issue and the more warrants come onto the market, the bigger the crash…

Based on the tone of your text, you seem agitated, so now would be a good time to breathe in and out and calm down a bit, so that the constructive spirit of the discussion can continue. Naturally, the Aiforia thread also includes discussion about the company’s announcement to arrange a directed share issue. Where else should Aiforia’s issue be discussed, if not in the Aiforia thread?
