Zordix’s current CFO and Deputy CEO, Peter Daboczi will leave his positions but will remain with the company for a transitional period. Zordix current Chief of Staff, Ludvig Lindberg, will assume the position as Deputy CEO.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Thierry Bonnefoi today serves as CFO of Maximum Games which was acquired by Zordix in December of 2021. Bonnefoi comes with over 30 years of experience in international finance, acquired both in Europe and in the United States. His prior experience includes 15 years as Group CFO of a software company listed on pan-European stock exchange Euronext and several leading financial positions in global medium and large size private companies.</p><p><em>“Peter has played an integral part of the transformative period building Zordix with his broad M&amp;A experience and leadership.
