A high GRESB rating indicates a high-quality sustainable property company.Since 2019, Wihlborgs has increased its rating from 72 to 91 percent in 2022. Policies, risk assessments and goals as well as interactions with tenants and society are areas where Wihlborgs has some of the highest possible points.
