WicketGaming: Wicket Gaming proposed to change name to edyoutec AB - emphasizes new focus on EdTech and Artificial Intelligence
The board of Wicket Gaming AB proposes that the company change its name to edyoutec AB (publ).
In addition to the name change, it is proposed that the articles of association be amended to read: "The company shall develop, market and sell digital solutions in education(education technology) and artificial intelligence(AI) and games, as well as engage in activities compatible therewith."
The name change and change of the object of business require changes in the articles of association. The proposal for changes to the articles of association will be presented at an extraordinary general meeting that will take place on November 7, 2023

In addition to changing the company name and the object of business, proposals for changes to the limits of the articles of association for the share capital and the number of outstanding shares will also be considered at the meeting.
