Wärtsilä will publish the following financial information in 2025:

• Financial Statements Bulletin January-December 2024 on Wednesday, 5 February 2025
• Interim Report January-March 2025 on Friday, 25 April 2025
• Half-year Financial Report January-June 2025 on Friday, 18 July 2025
• Interim Report January-September 2025 on Tuesday, 28 October 2025

The Annual Report for the year 2024 will be published latest on Wednesday 19 February 2025.

Wärtsilä's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 13 March 2025. Wärtsilä's Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
