The closing of the Transaction took place 30 September 2022. The sales price exceeded the book value of the asset.</div><div class="mfn-body">Purchaser of the logistics and fulfillment center is a pan-European investment fund, which specializes in urban logistics property. The sales price exceeded the book value of the asset which was acquired by Viva eCom Group in 2020.The site comprises a warehouse of 7.100 sqm and 850 sqm of office space and is centrally located near Frankfurt.Christian Fricke, MD of Viva eCom Group comments: “We acquired the logistics and fulfillment center in Butzbach in 2020 as part of a larger M&amp;A transaction within our buy-and-build eCommerce strategy. We are happy to hand-over ownership of the real estate to an experienced investor who will be able to further develop the asset.
