The company had sales of MSEK 8 in the split financial year 2022.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The software company DL Systems AB develops and delivers a complete booking system for the hospitality sector. The customers are mainly Swedish camping and cabin rental facilities. The system has well developed functionality for online booking and self-service for guests. Furthermore it provides support for invoicing, Point-of-Sale and administration, as well as API:s to the leading booking engines and entrance systems.</p><p>Payment is made in cash and consolidation will commence as of the acquisition date.</p><p>– DL Systems AB is a nice bolt-on acquisition that fits well into our vertical Travel and Hospitality. With its software it matches the needs we see in the future in the niche. DL Systems AB is a profitable and well-managed small company that is similar to us in terms of corporate culture.
