Verkkokauppa.com Oyj (the "Company") has on 30 March 2026 received a notification from Mandatum Oyj ("Mandatum") pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act ("SMA"), according to which Mandatum's ownership of the Company's shares and votes has decreased below the five (5) percent threshold.
According to the notification, Mandatum indirectly held a total of 2,181,078 shares in Verkkokauppa.com Oyj on 30 March 2026, an amount that corresponds to 4.81 percent of all shares in the Company.
