Vattenfall recruiting: hard to find 1,000 new engineers and technicians
Vattenfall is looking for engineers and service technicians to fill positions across the entire company in Sweden and our markets in the rest of Europe.
"The recruitment needs are great in a competitive market with a major shortage of skilled labour in many professions. Vattenfall is an attractive employer, taking a progressive line and developing current and future fossil-free energy systems. We would like more people to know about it and become part of our journey," says Dag Svensson, Head of HR at Vattenfall.
Vattenfall is offering various job positions, for instance engineers, project managers, service technicians and project planners, mainly for the nuclear power sector but also in distribution, maintenance, hydro power and wind power sectors.
The campaign runs until 15 December and focuses mainly on those with the relevant work experience and new graduates. There is great career development potential across the entire Group.
"It is our hope that many people of varying skills and backgrounds see this as an opportunity to take on a climate-smart career with us. Vattenfall is an attractive employer that offers interesting and important assignments, both for us and society as a whole, and careers where we meet the needs of our employees both at and outside work," says Svensson.
