<div class="abstract">Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made 11 May 2022 related to the company's employee share purchase program for 2022.</div>In the stock exchange release of May 11, 2022, TOMRA Systems ASA announced execution of the employee share purchase program for 2022.The correction reads as follows:**************************************************************TOMRA has sold 136,185 shares (ticker TOM, ISIN NO0005668905) at a price equal to Wednesday 11 May 2022 closing market share price, i.e. NOK 342.00.Employees who keep their shares for one year will receive one share per five shares invested.
