<div class="abstract"><p>At his own request Olof Stålnacke resigns as CFO at Sweco and as a member of Sweco AB's management team. He will hold his present position until the summer of 2025. The recruitment of a new CFO of Sweco has been initiated.</p></div><p>Olof Stålnacke assumed the position as CFO of Sweco in November of 2019. As a member of Sweco's management team he has been a key player in the development and growth of the company.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>"I want to thank Olof for his many and valuable contributions to Sweco. In addition to being instrumental in Sweco's growth journey, he has also contributed to increasing the understanding of our business in the financial market. Olof is a valued team player and a close colleague, and I wish him all the best in the future," says Åsa Bergman, President and CEO of Sweco.&nbsp;</p><p>"I have had a fantastic time at Sweco, so it is with mixed feelings that I choose to leave for personal reasons.
