<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The Board of Directors of Storytel Group proposes to the Annual General Meeting a one-off dividend of SEK 1.00 per share. The proposal should be seen in the light of the fact that the company, which was founded in 2005, is celebrating its 20 th anniversary and has a solid financial position with a positive net debt.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The total dividend payment to shareholders according to the proposal amounts to approximately 77.2 MSEK.</p><p>Storytel Group intends to present an updated strategic direction, new mid-term financial targets and a dividend policy during the second quarter 2025.</p><p>The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in Stockholm on 6 May 2025.
