<div class="abstract">Stockholm, November 18, 2021 - Storskogen Group AB (publ) ("Storskogen") has mandated banks to arrange investor meetings to explore the possibility to issue SEK denominated senior unsecured bonds.</div>Storskogen has mandated DNB Markets, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings starting on November 22, 2021, to explore the possibility to issue senior unsecured bonds with a floating and/or fixed interest rate and a four-year tenor.
