<pre>Oslo, 30 June 2025 Lokotech is pleased to announce that work on the commercial scale Scrypt ASIC has progressed into the final tape-out stages. Sign-off of quadrant review checklists has started and are steadily progressing towards its end. Based on this, the company anticipates completing tape-out by 7th of August 2025. In the lead-up to this milestone, our subcontractors, including our I.C. assembly partners, and the foundry producing the mask set and consecutive wafers, will conduct final design rule checks and characterization tests. This might introduce some schedule variance, but the design team, the technical committee and the company's management are confident that the tape-out date will not deviate by more than 10 days (earlier or later) from the estimated date 7th of August. Accordingly, first deliveries of Lokotech hash blades and industrial-scale miners are now projected to begin in early Q4 2025.
