<div class="mfn-preamble">The annual report for 2024 is available today on the Starbreeze website, corporate.starbreeze.com and as an attached file to this press release. The annual report differs from the previously communicated year-end report which was published on February 18 as a result of non-cash flow-affecting impairment within the group.</div><div class="mfn-body">The annual report is available in Swedish and in pdf format as well as European Single Electronic Format (ESEF). The English version of the annual report will be published shortly.The company has, in 2025, completed an analysis of previously capitalized development costs for 2024 attributable to PAYDAY 3. Due to the valuation of the assets in relation to PAYDAY 3's sales in 2024 the company has made an accounting adjustment, not affecting cash flow, to the value of SEK 118.6 million on the intangible assets included in the balance sheet. During 2024, Starbreeze’ write-downs related to intangible assets thus amounted to SEK 127.1 million.The group's results for 2024 amounted to SEK -317.8m compared to SEK -199.3m which was reported in the Year-end report and earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.22 compared to SEK -0.13 in the Year-end report. EBITDA and cash flow are unaffected and amounted to SEK 97.6m and SEK 64.9m respectively."Given how the market currently values game companies, it feels justified to review our capitalized development costs for PAYDAY 3 from the previous year.
