Dividend amount: USD 0.50 per share Dividend distribution: in NOK at 5.05000 per share Last day including right: 9 May 2025 Ex-date: 12 May 2025 Record date: 13 May 2025 Payment date: on or about 2 June 2025 	 Date of approval: 7 May 2025 Other information: The total dividend amount consists of the regular quarterly dividend of USD 0.275 per share and a special dividend following the sale of the Marmotas and Monax of USD 0.225 per share.
