The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company was held today at the offices of Conyers Dill &amp; Pearman, SIX, 2nd Floor, Cricket Square, 171 Elgin Ave, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and all proposed resolutions were adopted.
