All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial on behalf of Telia Company. Following the above acquisitions, Telia Company's holding of own shares amounts to 58 128 000 shares as of September 28, 2018. The total number of shares in Telia Company is 4,330,084,781.
A full breakdown of the transactions pursuant to article 5.3 of MAR and article 2.3 of the Safe Harbour Regulation is attached to this announcement. The total volume of Telia Company shares which have been bought back within the share buy-back programme from April 23, 2018 until and including September 28, 2018 amounts to 58 128 000 shares.
