Seamless Distribution Systems (SDS) is pleased to announce a significant order worth SEK 6.0 million from the largest mobile operator in South Africa. The deal underscores SDS's leadership in providing cutting-edge Inventory Distribution Management (IDM) systems, designed to enhance supply chain operations and drive efficiency for telecommunications operators and other customers.

Revolutionizing Inventory Distribution for South Africa's Largest Mobile Operator

The agreement will see SDS implement its state-of-the-art IDM system, offering the operator unprecedented visibility and control over its supply chain. The system enables real-time tracking of inventory from warehouses to end customers, ensuring optimal inventory levels and streamlining distribution processes.

Driving Efficiency and Operational Excellence

By adopting SDS's IDM solution, the South African mobile operator will benefit from:

  • Enhanced Supply Chain Visibility: End-to-end tracking to mitigate risks and address market changes swiftly.
  • Cost Savings: Reduction in inventory holding costs and prevention of overstocking or understocking scenarios.
  • Improved Forecasting: Data-driven tools for accurate demand prediction and planning.

This transformative solution aligns with the operator's goals to improve service delivery and operational efficiency in one of the continent's most dynamic telecom markets.

A Transformative Partnership

SDS CEO, Eddy Cojulun, expressed enthusiasm about the milestone order:
"This order from South Africa's largest mobile operator is a testament to the value and trust that our Inventory Distribution Management system brings to the telecommunications industry. As markets become increasingly competitive, our IDM solution empowers operators to achieve operational excellence, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. We are excited to support our partner in South Africa with technology that drives measurable results and positions them for continued success."

The revenue from this order will be taken in the fourth quarter and when the system is implemented there will be additional support orders.
