Malta, 16 June 2023:
Notice is given further to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held today
at 12:00 (CEST) on 16 June 2023 at the registered office of River Tech p.l.c.
(the "Company") at Regent House, Office 21, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640,
Malta.
Reference is made to the Company's announcement of 16 May 2023, whereby the
Company announced the holding of the Annual General Meeting for the purpose of
approving the resolutions outlined therein.
All ordinary and extraordinary resolutions on the agenda were approved.
Company director, Mr Kent Staahle, did not stand for re-election at the
Company's Annual General Meeting and will step down from the Board after the
meeting. He will be replaced by Mr Luke Ciantar, CEO of the Company.
The Board thanks Mr Staahle for his contributions throughout his tenure, both as
a director and previously as a Company official, and for successfully navigating
the Company through numerous challenges thanks to his steady leadership and
dedication.
