<div class="mfn-body"><p>Resurs Holding AB (Resurs), owner of Resurs Bank AB with a BBB credit rating (NCR), has mandated Nordea and Swedbank to explore the possibility of issuing Additional Tier 1 Capital. The capital instrument has a perpetual maturity, with the first call option after five years complemented by a 3-month refinancing call and a temporary write-down structure. The Notes will constitute and fulfil the applicable requirements for Additional Tier 1 Capital.&nbsp;</p><p>The transaction is expected to take place within the near future, subject to market conditions.
