<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>At the extraordinary general meeting in Fasadgruppen today on 3 December 2024, it was resolved on a new authorisation for the board of directors to resolve on issuances of in total 5,383,211 new shares in the company. The board of directors may exercise the authorisation on one or several occasions until the next annual general meeting.
