<div class="abstract">During the period October 24 - October 28, 2022, NCC (LEI-code 213800WRGLW3CY4MHW53) repurchased a total of 439,706 own Series B shares (ISIN: SE0000117970) under the framework of the repurchase program that the Board have decided.</div>The repurchases are part of the repurchase program of a maximum of 10 percent of Series B shares for a total of not more than SEK 1.5 bn that NCC announced on April 27, 2022.
