Clarification Regarding EBITDA Forecast in Annual Report 2024
Dillingen / Saar, 16 May 2025 - Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum", the "company",
ISIN: DE000A2G8ZX8) informs that its Annual Report 2024 contained a
typographical error in the forecast section regarding the fiscal year 2026. The
report incorrectly referred to a balanced EBIT for 2026. The correct reference,
as stated in the press release dated 16 May 2025, is to a balanced EBITDA. The
press release remains correct and reflects the company's actual forecast. A
corrected version of the Annual Report is attached to this notice.
