<div class="abstract">Pharmacolog i Uppsala AB (publ) announces that the company's product PrepLog™, used for compounding quality control at hospital pharmacies, has been fully integrated with Chimio[®], the leading chemotherapy management system in France.</div>Chimio[®] by Computer Engineering is the leading solution for hospital chemotherapy management in France. From prescription to administration, the Chimio[® ]application ensures full traceability at every stage of the oncology care process. With the introduction of Chimio[®] version 6.0, in late March 2023, it was made possible to integrate PrepLog™ by Pharmacolog for quality control of compounded chemotherapy preparations at hospital pharmacies. Measurement requests for quality control of preparations are sent directly from Chimio[®] to PrepLog™ for verification. The results are automatically sent back, confirming whether the correct concentration of the right drug has been prepared according to the prescription. Healthcare professionals are consequently offered workflow support to ensure consistency in pharmaceutical preparation and reduce the risk of medication errors.At L'Hôpital Privé du Confluent in Nantes, France, quality control has been used for several years and the integrated solution has successfully been used for a few months.
