Ortivus acquires shares in the company H&E Solutions AB

As previously reported, Ortivus AB signed a Letter of Intent in December 2022 with technology company H&E Solutions AB regarding the acquisition of about 10% of the company's shares. The contract is now signed, and the acquisition has been completed. H&E Solutions AB is a Swedish technology company that has developed Evam - an operating system for emergency vehicles.

Technology company H&E Solutions has recently completed a new share issue of 15 MSEK to strengthen the company's position before the upcoming development towards the ambulance market. Ortivus participated in this new share issue with a cash investment of 4.0 MSEK. A total of about 10% of the company's shares were acquired.

During the year, Ortivus has deepened its cooperation with H&E Solutions AB regarding MobiMed enRoute, which is a solution developed for navigation and case management. MobiMed enRoute is part of MobiMed Unity and is therefore fully integrated with Ortivus' product portfolio. With the launch of MobiMed enRoute, Ortivus has expanded its offering to the market and complemented existing applications with a navigation module. The launch has been done in cooperation with H&E Solutions AB, which through the Evam operating system is at the forefront of technology and user-friendliness.

Ortivus will, in connection with this acquisition, receive a seat on the board of H&E Solutions.
