Olvi plc&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stock Exchange Release 3 July 2025 at 12.15 p.m.&nbsp;Olvi plc: Transfer of Treasury Shares Under a Performance Share PlanOlvi plc has transferred a total&nbsp;of&nbsp;4.196&nbsp;Olvi plc&nbsp;Series A shares held as treasury shares to the company's key employees under a&nbsp;Performance Share Plan 2022-2024. In the plan, the target group was given an opportunity to earn Olvi plc series A shares based on performance.
