Nurminen Logistics Plc &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stock Exchange Release&nbsp; 5 August 2024, at 1.00 p.m. EET &nbsp;Nurminen Logistics Plc will initiate change negotiations in its Finnish subsidiary Nurminen Logistics Services Oy regarding the closure or drastic reduction of terminal operations in Vainikkala and the reorganisation of forwarding operations in Kotka.
