The order value is approximately SEK 900 million.</p></div><p>The production facility covers 70,000 square meters and NCC's assignment consists of foundation engineering and the construction of a shell building with a concrete frame. The customer is undisclosed at this time.</p><p>Foundation engineering work has commenced, and construction of the building will begin in late 2023. Completion of the project is expected at the end of 2025.</p><p>The value of the foundation engineering assignment totals approximately SEK 50 million and was registered in the NCC Infrastructure business area in the third quarter of 2023. The construction contract is valued at approximately SEK 840 million and will be registered among orders in the fourth quarter of 2023 in the NCC Building Nordics business area.&nbsp;</p>
