The order value for the installation contract amounts to approximately SEK 1.7 billion.</div>[image]Photo:&nbsp;Jonathan GrevsenNCC has been conducting construction work on New North Zealand Hospital in Denmark for the past three years. Construction of the super hospital has now reached the point that it is ready for the installation stage involving plumbing, ventilation and electricity."We've had a close and trusting collaboration with our client, the Capital Region of Denmark, for more than three years and are now looking forward to getting started on the hospital's installations. Hospitals are technically complex projects by nature and contain many installations, which places great demands on our ability to plan, coordinate and work methodically throughout the process," says Catarina Molén-Runnäs, Head of NCC Building Nordics.The contract includes:<ul><li>Plumbing, including cold and hot water supply systems, water for technical equipment and technical laboratories, heating and cooling for premises and devices, sanitation and fittings, sewage, cooling and heating systems, various gases for clinical use (including oxygen), and sprinkler systems</li><li>Ventilation, encompassing all ventilation in hospital wards, offices, auditoriums and other common rooms, ventilation in laboratories and adjacent technical equipment, as well as ventilation in operating theaters and clean rooms subject to special requirements.</li><li>Electricity, comprising all power supply, including high-voltage system, emergency power system, distribution switchboard, all cabling, lighting fittings and communication system.</li></ul>The installation work will commence in the first quarter of 2023 and is scheduled for completion at the end of 2025.The order value of about SEK 1.7 billion will be registered in the first quarter of 2023 in the NCC Building Nordics business area.
