Maximum Entertainment Unveils Next Milestones in its Pipeline at GDC 2025

Stockholm, Sweden (March 17, 2025) - Maximum Entertainment AB (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) today shared new announcements and trailers for key titles in its 2025 lineup during the MIX showcase at GDC San Francisco.

The following announcements were made during the event:

Cozy RPG Pixelshire will be launching on PC on May 8, 2025, with PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch versions to follow later this year. Developed by Kappa Bits, Pixelshire promises never-ending customization in a beautifully detailed pixelated world. Players will get to embark on thrilling adventures and explore the vast continent of Arcadia, unleashing their creativity by terraforming the world into the village of their dreams. In collaboration with Breakfirst Games, Maximum Entertainment is proud to announce the latest entry in the critically acclaimed How 2 Escape franchise — How 2 Escape: Lost Submarine. The new game takes cooperative puzzle-solving to the next level, offering an exciting escape room-like experience where two players must work together across different devices to prevent a global war. The MIX was also the opportunity to share with fans of beat ‘em up Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons by developer Secret Base, that it will be expanding its roster with two brand-new playable characters in a free DLC pack scheduled for release in April. This marks the first of several planned character updates, with an additional six new fighters to be added later this year.
