Mandatum Oyj: SFR Research: Mandatum is one of Finland's best institutional asset managers

Mandatum has received the highest Platinum Award in Scandinavian Financial Research's "Institutional Investment Services 2024" survey.

In SFR Research's annual survey, over 100 Finnish institutional investors evaluated 17 institutional asset management service providers. Mandatum Asset Management ranked as the top institutional asset manager in the category of large companies, together with Danske Bank and Evli.

Mandatum received the highest grades in its category for its long-term investment returns, market view and the clarity of its investment process. Mandatum was also praised for its customer service quality, product range and reporting services, among other things. The quality of Mandatum's customer communications was assessed as the best among the large companies surveyed.

This indicates that through long-term work, we have been able to maintain an excellent level of quality in our investment operations and customer service, while maintaining smooth co-operation between all our different functions. The share of institutional investors using Mandatum as their asset manager has increased over the past nine years: 54 per cent of the institutional asset management clients who responded to the survey said they now use Mandatum's asset management services, compared to 13 per cent in 2015.
