Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Lumi Gruppen AS ("Lumi
Gruppen" or the "Company") on 9 May 2023 regarding the final results of a
subsequent offering of 2,380,952 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares")
at a subscription price of NOK 10.50 per Offer Share.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Offer Shares has
now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret).
Following this, the Company's registered share capital is NOK 23,201,401.86
divided into 55,241,433 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.42.
