Karbon Invest AS earlier today, on 11 September 2025, regarding Karbon Invest
AS' sale of 15,945,105 shares in the Company and Rugz AS' sale of 500,000 shares

LINK has been informed by Jens Rugseth that he will resign from his position as
a member of the Board of Directors.
