<div class="abstract">COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 93Inside information</div>LED iBond is proud to announce the first orders of the company's newly launched toplighting lamp. One of the orders is a large-scale project of toplighting lamps for 2000 m2 greenhouse production area. The value of the specific order is DKK 0.5 million.As announced in company announcement no. 80, 1 November 2023, LED iBond has developed a unique toplighting lamp (HORTISABER[TM]) targeted commercial greenhouse facilities around the world. Benchmarked against other LED toplighting lamps on the market, the technical specifications of the up to 6-meter-long lamp are believed to be unique in several aspects such as highest light homogeneity, market leading thermal management, and low installation cost due to smart mounting design of the long linear lamp.The HORTISABER[TM] lamp has over the last 4 months been tested by two of Denmark's largest greenhouse facilities and the initial test results and technical performance is very encouraging.Martin Løbel, CEO of LED iBond International comments:"We are delighted to see the first orders for the HORTISABER[TM] product so quickly after the product launch in November last year. We strongly believe that the HORTISABER[TM] lamp is distinctive on the market, and we experience quite an interest from both clients in Denmark as well as internationally. The latter stated by a recent order from a client in UK.&nbsp; We are also pleased with the high interest and have submitted several quotations to potential clients who show interest in evaluating our technology and product. We see the recent orders and the general interest as a clear indication that our product is competitive and relevant for the greenhouse industry."
