Lagercrantz Group's subsidiary Direktronik AB has today signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in Nexlan AS in Norway.Founded in 2004 and based in Bergen, Nexlan supplies products for communication in networks, primarily to companies and organisations in Vestlandet (Western Norway). Nexlan's annual revenue amounts to approximately MNOK 10."We are happy about the possibility, in even closer cooperation with Nexlan as a wholly-owned subsidiary, to grow our sales in Norway and broaden our competencies and customer support, for example within antenna technology," comments Mats Rydén, MD of Direktronik AB.Direktronik AB is a value-creating niche distributor of products for communication in networks and will form part of the Lagercrantz Group's Communications division.
