<div class="abstract">Lagercrantz has today acquired 90% of the shares in MT Miljøteknik ApS ("MT"), a leading manufacturer of safety products for freshwater and wastewater distribution networks. </div>MT is based in Søndersø on Funen, Denmark, and develops and manufactures products such as manhole covers, locking devices, safety grates, and ventilation solutions, primarily for freshwater distribution networks where municipal utility companies constitute an important customer group.
