Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 1 April 2022 (the "1
April Notice"), whereas BEWI Invest AS, the largest shareholder of KMC
Properties ASA, announced its agreement to purchase shares in KMC Properties
from Kverva Industrier AS and sell to HAAS AS.
BEWI Invest has now completed its acquisition of the 68 622 632 shares in KMC
Properties from Kverva Industrier in accordance with the forward contract
described in the 1 April Notice.
Further, BEWI Invest will sell 67 250 000 shares in KMC Properties to HAAS as
described in the 1 April Notice within four weeks after completion of the share
acquisition from Kverva Industrier.
Consequently, BEWI Invest will not put forward a mandatory offer for the
remaining shares in KMC Properties.
