The Kingfish Company (ticker: KING) announces an expanded Executive Committee
setup that will come into effect on May 1, 2022. Chief Operating Officer Kees
Kloet will assume the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO),
focused on the development of the company's next generation RAS technology.
The Kingfish Company is pleased to strengthen and re-align the focus areas for
the various management team roles and has decided that it is time to move to an
expanded senior management setup, including a new Chief Financial Officer, Chief
Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Ohad Maiman remains Chief
Executive Officer (CEO). The company has begun a search for a Chief Operating
Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
With this new setup The Kingfish Company is confident that it will support and
contribute towards its ambitious growth plans for the years to come. The
'Management Board' is being renamed into 'Executive Committee (ExCo)'.

in the Netherlands is 1,500 tons of high quality and high value Yellowtail
Kingfish.

Production is based on advanced recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), which

percent renewable energy, sourced from wind, solar and biogas. The company's

The Kingfish Company's main product at present, the Yellowtail Kingfish (also
known as Ricciola/Hiramasa/Greater Amberjack) is a highly versatile premium fish
species, well known in the Italian and Asian fusion cuisines.
Its products are certified and approved as sustainable and environmentally
friendly by Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), Best Aquaculture Practices
(BAP) and British Retail Consortium (BRC). It was the winner of the 2019 Seafood
Excellence Award, and it is recommended as green choice by Good Fish Foundation.
