The Annual General Meeting resolved in accordance with all previously announced proposed resolutions.</div>Below follows a summary of the main resolutions that were made.The Extra General Meeting resolved to do a conversion issue of maximum 143&nbsp;657&nbsp;997 shares. The share price is 0.06 SEK and shall be paid by conversion of claims.
