Johan Wewel appointed as CFO of Ortivus

Ortivus has recruited Johan Wewel as the new Chief Financial Officer and a member of the company's management team.

Ortivus is pleased to announce the appointment of Johan Wewel as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Johan brings nearly three decades of experience in executive positions within companies characterized by profitable growth.

From 2017 to 2021, Johan served as CFO at Frösunda Omsorg, where he gained valuable experience in a listed environment through the company's financing via listed bonds. Johan's work has primarily focused on service-producing companies, but he also has experience in production and international sales.

In addition to his extensive operational experience in financial management, financing and corporate transactions, Johan has worked as a senior advisor at Carlsquare, providing financial advisory services and assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, listings, and equity market analysis.

Most recently, Johan held the position of CFO at Ecoclime Group.

Johan will assume the role of Ortivus CFO on September 1, 2024.
