<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The Instalco subsidiary, Lysteknikk AS, has been contracted as the contractor for electrical installations at two office buildings in Skøyen, Olso. The installations will be carried out in 23,000 square metres of office space currently undergoing modernisation and technical upgrades.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The total order value of the assignment for Instalco is approximately NOK 60 million.</p><p>The office buildings, located at Karenslyst Allé 20 and 24 in Skøyen, a district in western Oslo, will undergo complete renovation. Lysteknikk is responsible for complete installation of the electrical systems, lighting, access control alarms and fire alarms. Skøyen is one of the largest office districts in Oslo, and major renovations are in progress throughout the entire area.</p><p>“We’re proud to have been awarded this assignment and pleased to contribute to Oslo’s ongoing development of office and commercial spaces, residential properties, industrial areas, and public sector buildings,” says Roger Aksnes, Country Manager Instalco Norway.</p><p>The renovation of these buildings is subject to strict environmental requirements, aiming for BREEAM-NOR certification with an Excellent rating.</p><p>Lysteknikk will execute the project in partnership with Vedal Entreprenør and the property developer, SpareBank 1 Forsikring Eiendom.
