(Stockholm, Sweden, April 29, 2020) Inhalation Sciences AB has signed a global distribution agreement with TSE Systems GMBH, a leading manufacturer of laboratory research instrumentation. TSE Systems has an extensive global network, high-volume sales and a well-regarded product portfolio, including high-quality lab equipment for inhalation, bronchial research and toxicology.The global distribution agreement has been signed and is valid until end of 2022, with an option of extension before the end of the period. TSE Systems has agreed to purchase a minimum of 3 PreciseInhale instruments and related modules, as a part of the distribution agreement and the total value for the agreed minimum is estimated at SEK 3 Million. A minimum of one PreciseInhale system shall be delivered in 2020 and two PreciseInhale-systems shall be delivered in 2021.TSE Systems will include ISAB technology in its well-regarded portfolio of high-quality inhalation lab equipment, backed up by the company's extensive global sales, marketing and distribution channels.TSE Systems are headquartered in Germany and the US, with TSE Systems GmbH European / Asian headquarters located in Bad Homburg. TSE Systems' founder company started in 1886 and the company has several laboratory technology landmarks to its name including developing the first EEG Telemetry System and its novel `Measurement of Breathing Parameters System' for bronchial research. CEO Manoush Masarrat: "TSE Systems is a rock-solid partner within Inhalation.
